These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Forge Faith mobile application and website at forgefaith.net (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Forge Faith Studios, a division of KDT Investments Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using the Forge Faith app or website, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Forge Faith is a daily devotional application designed for men seeking to grow in their Christian faith. The Service includes daily devotional content, audio recordings, streak tracking, a community prayer wall, and other faith-based resources.
To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
Forge Faith offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:
Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.
No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
Day 1 of each monthly devotional series is available free of charge without a subscription. Additional content requires an active Forge Faith Pro subscription.
The Service allows users to submit prayer requests to a public Prayer Wall. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Service. You agree not to submit content that is:

All content in the Service — including devotional text, audio recordings, images, logos, and design — is the property of KDT Investments Inc. / Forge Faith Studios and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
You may delete your account at any time by navigating to Profile → Settings → Delete Account within the app. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all associated data from our systems.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KDT Investments Inc. and Forge Faith Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
